If only a portion of your Facebook or Instagram pages are showing within Cloud Campaign, there are two possible causes.
If the issue is with an Instagram Page and you are able to link the associated Facebook page:
If the pages are linked, check to ensure Cloud Campaign has access to your pages.
1. Navigate to the app settings
2. Search for Cloud Campaign
3. Click ‘View and Edit’
4. Scroll down to Manage your Pages and there should be a way to edit what pages we have access to
