Did you receive an alert that your social media credentials expired?
We have two ways to update the token.
1. Click on the alert
Clicking the alert should kick you off into the authorization process. Simply re-link the account(s) that was having issues.
1. Go to your brand settings
Click on the gear in the left nav bar, or click here.
2. Add an account
From the 'Linked Accounts' tab in your account settings, click 'Add Account'
3. Renew the access key
Choose the platform that is having issues, and follow the authentication steps as if you were adding the account for the first time.
Completing this will renew the access keys and should auto-reload the news feed.
